Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Location: London

We're looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our friendly team at a busy employee dining site that also provides some hospitality service.

You'll be leading a team of 12, including 4 in the kitchen, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and team performance throughout the day.

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service at all times

• Support the kitchen and front-of-house operations

• Ensure food safety and health & safety standards are maintained

• Manage daily service, rotas, and assist with staff training

• Deliver a positive dining experience for all guests and employees

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within catering or hospitality

• Confident communicator with great people skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and hands-on approach

• £14.65 per hour

• Monday to Friday hours - no weekends!
