As the face of the designated area within the SEC, the Event Team Leader plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences to all visitors.
  •  Lead a team of staff members in delivering food and drink services in accordance with event instructions
  • Serving customers and clients, managing sales, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, particularly regarding the sale and service of alcohol for those over 18 years old
  • In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, the Event Team Leader is expected to embody the CARE mantra and uphold key behaviours such as teamwork and collaboration
  •  Fostering a positive work environment where staff members are encouraged to excel and shine in their roles. Ultimately, the Event Team Leader plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest
About you:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or events-related role is desirable, with demonstrated experience in leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of quality 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated
