Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage regular accommodation requests in line with DIO
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring efficient stock levels.
• Train and support housekeeping staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and maintain a high standard of service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
