The Role - Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients to ensure contract retention.
- Strategic Planning - Develop and execute retention strategies, identifying potential risks and opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
- Re-Tender Leadership - Lead and manage the re-tender process, ensuring proposals align with client business needs and securing contract renewals.

- Data-Driven Decision Making - Utilise CRM tools and market analysis to monitor client engagement, contract risk, and retention strategies.
