The Role - Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients to ensure contract retention.
  • Strategic Planning - Develop and execute retention strategies, identifying potential risks and opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Re-Tender Leadership - Lead and manage the re-tender process, ensuring proposals align with client business needs and securing contract renewals.
  • Sales & Business Growth - Identify cross-selling and expansion opportunities, working closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Utilise CRM tools and market analysis to monitor client engagement, contract risk, and retention strategies.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Commercial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing contract renewals, retention strategies, or business development processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile role across multiple locations

Desirable Experience:

- Previous experience in the hospitality or foodservice sector
- Exposure to business development, retention, or strategic partnerships
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis for decision-making
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
