We're currently recruiting a dedicated Conference and Events Sales Executive to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- To raise the profile of the company with existing and new clients
- Promptly respond to all incoming sales enquiries, drive conversion rate, arrange site visits and contract booking
- Proactively process event enquiries and to actively work as part of the sales team to increase and enhance revenues achieving overall targets.
- Conducting reactive sales activities including responding to telephone and e-mail enquiries
- Proactively sell the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.
- Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handling
- Ensuring high level of conversion of bookings to achieve and exceed targets set.
- Work with event planners effectively in order to provide a seamless handover for final event details
- Nurture client relationships to maximise all upselling and sales opportunities.
- Network with internal and external stakeholders.
Our ideal Sales Executive will:

- Previous experience within the Hospitality Sector
- Knowledge of Delphi booking system (but not essential)
