We're currently recruiting a dedicated Domestic Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be required to manage a motivated, trained team with the appropriate skills to maintain cleaning standards within the agreed budget. You will be customer focused and financially astute to achieve company and client objectives, working within all Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Team Management: Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines and assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessaryService Excellence: Ensuring exceptional customer service is always delivered by the team providing help, guidance, support and training.Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to strict infection control procedures, ensuring you and the team comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements.Supply Maintenance: Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked. Assisting in the management of inventory levels and proper storage of cleaning supplies.Our ideal Domestic Supervisor will:
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
- Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
- Team player and can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
